Now then Jim - did you pick your daughters new home for her - near where you get to see more great wildlife LOL :) Wonderful from the thumbnail I thought it was eating the flowers, love th texture and great eyelashes :) Excellent capture and composition Margaret Probably wont get to look/comment anymore - but hopefully upload one or two as a 'bye for now' message. Hope we come back from our cruise with a few nice pics

Yet another incredible wildlife shot Jim. Looks like she's trying to hide from you behind that flower. Neat!!! Gonna be away for a couple of weeks sailing the high seas. Catch up with you when we return. Denny

You live in an interesting area, Jim, and make good use of it. Your wildlife pictures are very good and show a deep interest in the subjects. I like your capture of the alert yet serene expression of this doe. Great sharpness and color. Regards, Larry

Very nice, Jim! Great colours and d.o.f. That 2.8 has got the face real sharp and the body slightly soft! Excellent! Best regards, Chris

It's BAMBI!! :)
What an awesome photograph, perfect with the flowers. What a fantastic photo-op Jim.
Great colors...JUST PERFECT!!
We were in MN last week....I sure didn't find any deer!
One of my cousins lives in the 'tri Lakes' area, not too far from Oakdale. Her place is like being in the woods...cannot see any other homes, just loads of pines and huge lush trees. She sees deer all the time, naturally none when I was there.
Love this picture you got, you couldn't have asked for anything better than this.
Very nice work, Have a GR8 day!
Lori :)

Great angle. I love the deer's face and the angled body. The colors are great... I spent the last few weeks trying to get a shot like this in 6 different Nat'l. Parks.
