About Another in the Moose series started some time ago. This shot taken minutes after the moose passed me on his way into the woods. What a magnificent animal. its such a pleasure to " share " space with them.

This is something else Jim. Magnificent shot of a magnificent animal. Margaret & I are fans of an artist called Carl Brenders who does a lot of wildlife paintings. He has one of a moose which we have been tempted to buy but unfortunately it's way too expensive for us. Recommend you do a search for him and view some of his pics.

yikes they are so big!!! must have your wits about you. what a great experience like you will never have at the zoo. You have to be vulnerable or the element of contact does not have that special feel. I have met many bears that way even though I would not choose to. Afterwards it is lodged in my mind like a lightning bolt.
