They're at parades, sports events . . . all kinds of things now-a-days. As long as you don't stake out the end of a runway at an Air Force Base and start snapping photos . . . That makes 'em a bit tense nowadays!

Wauw! I´ve never seen a fighter jet so close at that angle before! Great shot! My ears would surely have been blown off. Good that you can use your eyes because I´m not quite sure that you can hear anything these days;-)

Thanks Denis . . . Definitly a sense of speed . . . a man next to me asked me if it had broken the sound barrier to which I had replied no (though he could). At this low level, it would have broken more than a few windows.

Laura: Thanks again for all the support with your comments . . . No, not rockets but, rather, the mounting brackets where they will attach rockets when needed. Since aircraft have been known to crash from time to time, there is no need to add the danger of rockets to events such as these. :)

We had beautiful weather, indeed. Strangely enough, we got rain in at about midnight which was still coming when I left for work Monday morning. Timing is everything!

When I see al your pictures from the show, I'm sure you had a good day. The vapor from the wings is very good, high humidity that day I suppose. Good details in this one.
