Ah, ha! the good old RGB ploy, eh, Margaret? With emphasis on the red, I think. I like your variation, it creates an almost animation effect, something like a caricature of the original. Did you sharpen also?

Picture quality is noticeably better than my mobile phone, Colin, which is the only digital camera I use now. Don't let images of death get you down--there's always resurrection the other side of it (on earth, spring, and in eternity our loved ones and ourselves).
