About

You can see my favourite logs in the distance and as you can see the rain has improved the water level.

The sun was setting and was quite harsh, casting a strong yellow light across the logs and effecting the colour of the water.

Petal, there is your nessie bottom right, but the body of it is now under water.

Enjoy!!

Judi,

It's great how every shape and line seems, one way or another, to point towards the top left corner!

I don't know if that is the effect you wanted to achieve, but it seems very strong to me!

good work

little chaos on the shore and deep silence as one moves towards the thining horizon. i like when rain washes all the things and all things looks as if they are all prepared to go somewhere with their new clothes. hues among them becomes apperent young and old can easily be taken out.
rain brings a newness and u too.

I am, I am.... ;-D!!! I'm sorry that you can't enjoy your favorite spot without thinking of Nessie (and a certain Dutch person not to be named..... LOL) that must spoil it for you somewhat.... ;-D!! But thanks 'stepping over' that and letting us look at another wonderful photo!!! Great (tranquil) view, beautiful colors and good composition... well captured!!!
