Nice capture. Love the colors. I was in Vegas a few years ago and the colors inspired me to do photography as a hobby. I drove through Utah on the way there and it was breathtaking.
Congrats on the 20D. I have a 10D and have learned more about photography than I did the previous 2 years using film.

Yeah, twilight can be really fantastic, when you still have plenty of ambient light, a deepening sky and active neon. ;)

No, I didn't come back rich, Cheryl. ;) (I'm a believer that gambling is a TAX on those who don't understand math!)

Great capture of the sky there Paul - I was there on the 5th-7th, perfect weather. I hope it wasn't too hot for you. :) Love the reflection you caught, and the lights on the building lighting up for you was an added plus! :) Great shot - did you come back rich? I didn't, but I never plan to - just like any other vacation. I just had fun. Thanks for your comment on "Repose".

Paul, Your timing is perfect, Conditions change so fast this time of day, And talk about a small world, The Riviera is my Favorite place in Vegas. Breakfast at Kadies Restaraunt would not be complete without some good natured humor from Waitress Carmin.

Dear Paul, A very nice shot of my 957th favorite city. I like how you captured the clouds in the reflection - good eye. Good job on this architectual marvel - LOL. Mark PS I am now officially using the "Arwa Rating System" so I'll go with a 7 / 7

We were just in this hotel last week! Aren't all the hotels there just fantastic? WE only had one full day there, but I had a field day anyway. I took a few (snuck them) at 'Mystere' performance. Put one on later.
Great image Paul, caught it in nice light, dark below so you can't see all the hordes of people!
Good job, Lori :)

You have to love that Vegas color - especially when the sun is just going down behind the mountains to the west - beautiful - K
