I know what you mean. Whenever I go into Photo Critique lately, I am amazed at the beautiful weather shots that are coming in. There is one type that I would love to capture one day, and that is the Aurora images.

The colour contrasts are great... Much of life is lived in the afterglow of something - memory is often more colourful than the event itself. I like the strong colours and gentle mood as a way of expressing this.
