About The gardens are filled
with colours abright.
The trees are standing,
proud and upright.

Clouds move across
and darken the day.
Everybody is gone,
they've moved out of the way.

The tears are falling,
floating softly down.
The petals are damp,
as is the ground.

Why do you cry,
why are you sad?
Natures tears,
are here to be had.

The gardener is there,
working away.
He cuts some roses,
and brings them my way.

My eyes look down,
and on their leaves.
Are small moist drops,
called Natures Tears.

Thankyou. The poem actually tells the story of what happened that day. It was drizzling and there wasn't anyone around except for me and the gardener who cut some roses and gave them to me. I felt like the girl out of the impulse ad. LOL!!

Thanks Larry. All the words are mine, unless stipulated. I write what I feel, and I create what I feel, that I cannot deny.

Very unique shot Judi, I think if lighting was just like a stop brighter, the drops would be seen better, what do you think?? Your words Judi, are you writing some of these as well, or do you have a source of poems/prose on the internet??

You are drawing large quantities of comments on many of your postings, that is great, CONGRATs!!

Thankyou Luis. I think what touched me most about this shoot was the gardener bringing me some roses when you aren't meant to touch them. He was so very sweet. And then when I saw the droplets on them, it was very beautiful. Nobody else was around to enjoy their beauty.

I don't want nature tears, I want nature joy. But this is so beautiful to me! So tender photo...

Thankyou Den. I live in the tropics and we are coming into our wet season. We desperately need the rain, so it was refreshing to get it, although a little uncomfortable photographing in the drizzle.

You are into Spring/Summer down there aren't you Judi. This shot is so refreshing to us here where it is getting cold, damp and miserable. This is one lovely pic with words that compliment it beautifully. Smashing and well done.
