Actually I did not have access to a star filter so I used a trick I learned this last sememster and just closed my aperature all the way down to the minimum and then during development reduced the developer time by 30% to tone down the highlights which in turn resulted in the beautiful starbursts you see. Brett, what a great shot! And they clame an industrial landscape cannot be beautiful! The star filter effect works excellently. I like the print; it is very clear, high in detail, and very well balanced. The slow shutterspeed works miracles on the smoke / fumes from the exhaust. Impressive shot, my compliments.... Into my favorites!
