Though it seems kind of gray in some areas, it's a fantastic shot with a wide spectrum of color. With vibrant blues and yellows. I like it. (And yes...it does look superimposed)

I believe you as far as color. You just have to go to the desert to see. That's why people don't believe me when I tell them that my photo (storm approaching) had no special tweaking done to it. I'm glad even a small part of it gets recorded by the camera. I like your sparse representation of the land and sky. That Olympus C5050 is something else, too.
