About After a long wait and a series of shots.I get this one which is a personal favourite .But I consider this as a great miss due to the wings get slightly cut off.Still I think it is worth sharing...

Thanks Arup for your comments.This is a only shot that i could managed.I had no control over its placements ....I have not cropped the left side I have only cropped the bottom ....

A brilliant composition. Lighting is also very well, specifically the you have well captured the graduated tone of light. I think the following two points would make this shot much stronger one..
#1 - The right wing of the bird is cropped. A full view would make it much stronger.

#2 - A little bit of relief on the left side. The bird is very much close to the left frame.

I must mention that the slight blur of the wings and the tail signifies motion and life. Good shutter speed control dear Pallab.
