In between the policemen, you see a tear gas spray. They used it against all of us on that day. It effects everyone around, all the passers-by, the children... Hope you won't experience this, but if you do, try not to inhale, try covering your mouth and nose... I think kneeling down works. And don't rub your eyes and don't wash your face, that increases the effect.
The photo is not a powerful one, I know. I don't have any shots of the police actually spraying gas at us, or of some demonstrators violence to the police. But even when they don't do anything, people with arms are always a potential danger, a threat... but at the same time we are all human, the worst "enemy" is a son or a daughter to some people.

polisle başım nedense derde girmiyor, beni hafiften salak bir beyaz türk zannediyorlar genelde :) tabii ki bütün bu fotoğraflardan sonra "bayan! yasak!" laflarını işitiyorum. bi de eylemlerden sonra polislere gidip eylemimiz hakkında ne düşündüklerini sormayı severim.
