Thanks a lot Arup for this thoughtful comment. You are definitely right. What you suggest is something I can occasionaly think of and do, but with this shot it never occured to me to lower the camera to have a darker background. now I realize that this is a lazy's shot :) I was just sitting in front of the window and I didn't even get up to shoot it! that's a pity, I should have done that! And I'll keep your suggestion in my mind for later shots, thanks,

I liked it a lot Zeynep. The droplets are so live .. as if I can touch them.
Good exposure and excellent use of DOF.
Let me also tell you a point .. the upper part is totally white and the drops appearing as dark spots. Since you are capturing and emphasizing on the droplets .. I think you could have lowered your lens to attain a vantage point to include more water surface rather than the sky. In doing so the ripples on the river would look like a nice background of the droplets.
This is just my thought. Whats your view ??
