Beautiful portrait.
The sun glasses and the b&w tones give a bad-guy sensation to the picture. 
Maybe this was the intentition, maybe not... Who knows?!

The light is natural daylight in overcast conditions, late afternoon. A silver refector was used to bounce a little more light.
