The choice of frame would suggest a b/w version, but the color version has it's merits too, Laura. You shouldn't want to compare.

Regards, Markus

I like the b&w Laura. The tones work well with the subject matter. Good clarity and an interesting capture!

I like the B&W version, it makes this picture timeless, and like Mary said, something from a film indeed, but I think the coloured one shows more detail. Difficult to choose one, both ones have each their own charme.
Regards, take care,

Klaas

The B&W really does make it seem more timeless and something from a film- it seems to depict the character of the place.

I too like the character of this shot. B&W is what works best here, good choice. Is this where you go to get your pigs? :)
Regards Ron.

Definitely a Mom and Pop type of place huh? These quaint little shops are just chock full of character. Nice capture Laura.
