This one is great. Everything. Hair. expression...all great. This one I want to photograph myself. Not as good as you did here but she is photogenic and has lots of personality. Beautiful model and great photographer to capture her this way.

I think the subject is very good, and I don't think that the hair in the eyes are so bad, It's only a pose, like another. For me the trouble is the focus.

I agree with Andy about the hair over the eyes. My first thought was 'get the hair out of her eyes', but...
Almost immediatly after that thought is 'no wait'. I figured out what it is.
Just the way this is it feels like I'm sitting across from her at a pinic table in the park. She has leaned closer to me to share a secret...
Pretty good for a photo. I feel like I know her.
That means you did an awsome job capturing not only this pretty young lady (who obviously has too much class then to sitting with me at a picnic table in the park), but of capturing a moment in time as well.

Of your Monica images, this is the real winner in my opinion. I love the wind blown hair and the facial expression is warm and inviting to the viewer. Other may say that you needed to get her hair out of her eyes but I don't agree. There's a quality here that makes me want to know more about her. Great job Candida.
