I thought I had seen most of the pinholes on this site but this one really hit me. Beautiful work. A creative approach can produce a super picture with the simpliest of tools and subject matter.

Wonderfully conceived and excellently executed for any photo, fantastic for a pinhole!!!

Beautiful work. I recently viewed the A. Tarkovsky film "Stalker" and the atmosphere conveyed by this photo reminds me of that movie.

I like the sense of movement (duration) and sequencing of these. Captures so much more emotion!! Good work.

I really like the cropping of this. It seems so expressive it has a human quality.

Good exposure and interesting angle. Took me a while to tell what I was looking at but I like that feature. Nice work!

Autumn, I agree with your assessment of the light area in the upper left. When I first look at the photo I mentally climb the stairs. At the light triangle I am turned around and decend rather than being taken out of the picture. Then I begin to notice the details (tile, wall, etc). Good job!

Great composition plus the features noted by other viewers make for an outstanding photo.

Beautiful work! Street photography with an 8x10 take a special talent. This reminds me of Atget's Paris scenes inhabited by phantoms.

A very interesting treatment. I enjoy creative alteration of a view if the result still looks plausible. Good work!

Lovely lighting and composition. Best representation of an artist at work I have seen.

Lovely thought and good execution. Emotive photos like this are much more memorable than another pretty picture.

Lovely composition. Just enough color added to convey the mood. Beautiful!

Very clever! Show us more. This type work means so much more to me than another pretty sunset.

Good composition, I think multiple photos are a seldom employed technique that can add significant impact to a subject. Nice work.

Lovely composition. It and the movement of the water adds a dreamy characteristic that reminds me of the one corner sumi-e oriental painting.

I really like the perspective of this shot. It and the lighting gives a 3D appearance.

Angelo, I was using a Bender pinhole camera for this shot. I have since switched to a Leonardo wide angle. Thanks, Terry

Funny, the thumbnail looked extremely grainy but the picture is very sharp. Makes me cold just looking. Good job!

The movement in this photo is beautiful as is the color abstraction.

A very wide angle focal length for 4x5 format pinhole. Exposure took over a minute so moved slowly toward the bench during the exposure.

Cyr, I'm not sure what you mean by artificial but the pinhole camera used was a Bender and the circumference of the hole in the front standard shows up at the focal length I used unless you crop it out. Terry

I enjoy photos that require the observer to think. This leaves enough questions unanswered to draw in the observer.

Lori, a negative I looked at after uploading this one was better. Will upload it tomorrow. Terry
