Hi Ant, good eye! I have considered cropping the bottom concrete block building, and I ddn't like it without it, it adds a light color for balance, and it allows for the white door of the blue building to show (for balance) - it became very dark without it. I agree it's kind of ugly and a bit overexposed, but that's the long & the short. Nice to have you back! Ina

Lovely image Ina - colours are eyecatching, especially the fabulous blue against the green of that hulk of a ship (the anchor looks like some dragon's head, and there's an alien at the window I see. You know, I've seen that shade of vivid blue on buildings in Mexico and its always successful, especially set against a light pink wash. Did you consider cropping out that breeze-block stucture at bottom?
