Hi Kathy, A harsh critique on this one.
I am sure I said this to your sister about a similarly treated shot, with selective colouring, but I don't think it adds to the shot, rather it distracts from the subject. I like sharp simple portraits, the human face is interesting enough, and a flattering light. This is too soft and blurry to have high impact, and the dual colorization makes it jumpy.
Attractive model, obviously.
