I can see the changes to the eyes and yes it gives the photo a different feeling and impact. A middleway between your version and mine might be the best i think! =) Im glad you liked this image and i agree that the blurred out military man added much! =))

Patrick I had attached the other shot to this and done a comment, but had forgotten to downsize it so it didn't go. Don't know if an alteration to the eye when downsized is going to show anyway. Now back to this picture I think it is so amazing, and a very lucky happening too. It has such a haunting look, the shot taken through glass and then the reflection of the sky gives a wonderful aura to it, the fact that the blurry image is entering the picture just adds so much drama. A most remarkable shot Margaret

I think this is one of the most magical and interesting moments ever captured. A true original my friend, that I would definitely be proud of. Again, the color works soooo well here. Very well done, a fav~

Very strong image! You did a excellent job of this, and the timing was perfect. I personally like the color version better. To me the boy appears to be looking to the future in the cloud reflections, and perhaps the soldier is his future. 7+++++ Dwight

Hi Patrick. I think you caught a nice moment here and I like the view through the window. Personally I like the B/W better. Kind of gives it a 1950's feel which works because of the striped shirt on the boy. Nice capture. Susie
