Im glad you liked this version.. =) Had to redo it all.. so its not the same crop etc! But it showed you that its possible to remove even cars, bikes etc and place new walls.. hehe. I used only one tool for this.. "Clone Stamp Tool"... =)

Cheers

i like the shot, but not the figure. i think it detracts from the lighting. but that's probably me liking things simple and more abstract. also, the bicycle, car and tree are distracting. i know there's nothing you could do about it, but if you could get the tunnel and just the building as the backdrop, i think it would be more compelling. it'd be tough if not impossible, though, in this situation.

love how you used the natural frame of the tunnel to bring her to the centre of our attention... the contrast and the tones are great but as Karen already mentioned, the reflected windows are an exquisite detail... very well done... emy

Its true, the eye immediately focuses on the thin heels on the ground! And then the mirrors on the wall . . .
There is somehthing quietly 'surreal' about the image, beyind the first impression.
I like this one because its subtle ..

Excellent pic, composition, light, details all very well worked . congratulations.
PS: I have begun to think that perhaps you have complex of train for that reason you go of tunnel in tunnel,

Hi Patrick,

you're lurking quite often in dark doorways, don't you? =)

this one is very good because of the bad lighting situation. nice to have that reflections on the right side. small "complaint" from my side is the total centering in this picture... but as you use the doorway as a frame this aspect cannot be avoided easily.

anyway, very good 1.

take care,
thilo

Great series, I hope people don't think you are stalking them in dark alleys. Great shot, the exposure is dead-on! I love how you kept some detail on the dark alley wall.

my personal highlight in here are the reflections in the windows on the rights side, gives me a feeling of being in a dark gallery.

Good capture Patrick, the way you shot this photo from inside the building in the darkness and this lady walking outside in the street is great. I like the lighting too, good work Patrick.
