Both are very beautiful Arwa, but I prefer this one because the child in the background is more emphasized in this one, very beautiful work!

Hi mark! I always enjoy your comments! I never know what your going to say
The remark about black and white and how its an abstract because we see in color is so true! Never thought of it that way
But then we tend to believe black and white documentary images more because of the fact that most of factual history images are black and white! At least I do!
Thank you for passing by!!!
I haven?t seen the pyramids, but I LOVE the taxi!!! :)

Dear Arwa, I slightly prefer the color one I think. B/W does add an abstract quality since we don't "see" in B/W so that one's also good - has a different feel to it. BTW, very nice collage of you - beautiful eyes. Should keep it up for awhile IMHO. All the best, Mark PS. Did you see my pyramids shot ? One of my favorites.......

Thank you chris!!
you read the comments before posing one!
That?s so smart
most of the time people ask the same question and the answer is already there!

I think I marginally prefer the black and white, Arwa, but then my opinion may have been coloured by your statistics!
Wonderful shot whatever!
Best regards, Chris

erkoc dalaman   {K:4295} 4/30/2005
They are both lovely but colored is my choice, the tan color of the kid thru the window is fantastic, and also the texture of the old door is also worth apreciation.well done again..

Stephen  Bowden   {K:64141} 4/30/2005
Now I am stuck between the two lol

They both look on their own and I find it difficult to choose between them !

I do like their expressions :-)

A wonderful photograph Arwa.

Best wishes,
Steve

hello Margaret! :)
Thank you for the comment, I do prefer the colored one a little bit more too
That?s why I re posted it ?something I don?t do a lot- but they both seem different!
Do you mean the duck with the hat? Its not a toy it?s a drawing on his shorts, should I clone it out? I was tempted to but left it in

Saqib Zulfiqar   {K:2745} 4/30/2005
Both of them are very nice. But personally I seem to be more inclined towards the BW version mainly because of the depth of the mood and the mystery BW pics present.

Best Regards,
Saqib Zulfiqar

Atwa I prefer the colour version, there are so many tones and textures that I think the colour brings them out better, With all the colours quite similar I like the different colour of the toy he is holding
