I like this photo but like William L I think there's something wrong...

I like it also but there is either too much or not enough, maybe cropping the shadows from the bottom. nice job new mexico is a photographers paradise.

Thank you both for your comments. I agree that something feels off in the composition, too. I also can't put my finger on it. I've tried different crops, but that doesn't help much. It was an amazing place to visit, though.

incredible scenery and light here Tom - the sky has nice detail and saturation. Something feels a little off on the composition - I can't put my finger on it exactly - maybe lack of fg interest or too complicated of a fg??? hard to make suggestions because sometimes scenics like this are so incredibly beautiful and yet so complicated to get the perfect capture in a frame.
