Oh my gosh - I feel so sad looking at this... In regards to the "series" in my portfolio, THIS might be a powerful series with a few of these types of pics side by side.

First off...thanks for the comment on my Illinois Boot/fence pic..I do believe you are correct...I should crop it a bit higher on the boot to sky ratio. As for this pic...well, I have always stopped at old cemeteries and walked about. I have hundreds of old stone shots...hundreds, and very few compare to this one. Heart wrenching...still, the way of life. "Emma"... and that is how we shall ever know her. Jim
