Good details on the ducks and contrast between them and the white scenery helped defining them well, Dave! The composition is less "finished", which I guess is because one doesn't have the time for that in such cases?

Hmmm makes me wonder if their feet ever get frozen in the water?....wouldn't that suck...ya take a nice nap and 30 min later low and behold you are frozen in!!

Hi Dave,
It's funny how so many all compete for the same little bit of open water this time of year. I hear it's going down to -50C with the wind chill factor in Winnipeg tomorrow!!
