That SD10 pulls in some amazing colors.. I clicked on this after you sent me a comment and my jaw literally dropped.. I so want to go there and photograph this amazing scenery..
This blows me away.. I am a landscape photographer of 30+ years so I know how amazingly beautiful this is.. You don't get this image every day, the conditions, lighting and sky was perfect! Congrats on both the BIP and the POTD <-- well deserved.

Rob,
Don't kow why but I like the first one a little better. I think the tighter crop makes the image more bold.....I think?? Both are outstanding and I really like them a lot.

Wow...thanks a lot Phil; wondered if this was going to get seen on a weekend. I'm always a little leary of uploading on a weekend. It is a great place; I gotta get there during the winter when there's snow all over. It's one set of shots I've never gotten; like you...someday. :)

You sure do, Hugo should be most impressed! Absolutely gorgeous shot Robbie. Its perfectly balanced especially with the grass clumps in the water. Super colour saturation too! Wow if only we had a clear day back in April so you could have got an even better shot with the 5D!
