No,it's bright, but not over-exposed; there is full detail throughout the cheek. (Yeah, this was the effect I was going for, but if you'll check my shots, I very seldom push my contrast so far that detail or texture is lost).

Wow, beautiful shot. However, IMO, the skin tone is slightly over exposed unless that was what you were going for.
