I like this playful and happy "active" beach overview and I'm also convinced that your eyes focused on the most attractive: the Octopus in the make as you showed after in the closer view.
This is a good combination of both type of exposures and different objectives.

I will be 'staying tunned' dear Julie but this week I go on a road trip to check out inland Oregon since I have basically only been on the coast ...I will have a laptop with me but also will be planning on some 'wine' and nice dinners - etc.:)) If I don't respond right away - You will know why -

Looks like all the participants were hard at work dear Michele. I remember these from when I was a little girl in Brazil. I saw one in florida before as well. It is amazing the work they can do with the sand. Very nice capture my dear friend.
