Nope . . . not centered but in this case a fill frame would have disparate components so it might work well anyway. Great choice (of food) and color. Jim had (IMO) a couple of really good thoughts on this one, my friend. A straight on, centered, from the top down shot cropped to remove everything BUT food might be very cool.A different shot, but possibly interesting. The lower camera ange would be advisable because it would give some depth. Low side-lighting might be fun too.
Not too much criticizing as suggesting ideas for you to look into or consider. Do I detect freshly grated parmesan? Keep shootin' Carlen!

Yummmy ... You are making me hungry with this shot !! Soooooo colorful and healthy too...I love it ..Nice crop and it's NOT centered either :)) Lol ... How are You doing ??...ohhhhh I like your new portfolio shot too !!!

I love food shots. But it has to be food I have ordered or just eaten. You are aiming on a road to my heart... (Old saying)... oh, don't know if it is a saying in Canada, "The road to a man's heart is through his stomach." For my taste (pun intended) I like a bit lower camera angle to give angles and depth. A bit more edge. Take this again from nearly straight on... Just a suggestion.
