I like this photo very much Kathy. A good control of the stark backlit contrast; and the colors ...! The yellow-green mathes beautifully with the ashy blue.

This turned out REALLY nice Sissy. Like I've said I think it's hard to get a good shot of lilacs, but you sure did it here. I love the composition and your dof. The wide focal point on your S2IS worked to your advantage here. Great job and good eye! I like it a lot.
