The building seems to be growing into the mountain, almost on the brink of disappearing into the mist. I like the angle and the texture of the shot!Beautifully done! Gabriela

I like the moody atmosphere and the way you processed this shot, giving it an uncertain touch....is she really studying or lazily perusing the book (????) We'll never know! Gabriela

Dear Pawel, thanks for answering my question! Well, it was just in the summer before my 25th birthday and I was glad this trip came my way. I was still living in Bucharest at that time. We went by trains to Krakow (which was love at first sight with me!),Oswiecim,Katowice,Wroclaw (which I found very interesting, with a Japanese garden),Poznan,Torun ( a jewel!including the Castle of the Teutonic Knights!!!),Gdansk, Gdynia and then Warsaw. We travelled by bus all the time,it was tiring, but most interesting!I saw many, many beautiful things that I remeber with pleasure! Wish you well, Gabriela

Plenty of these leafy plants at the Botanical Gardemns where we recently paid a visit! I wish I could keep them at home, but it is not easy - not exactly shadow, but not full sunshine.....too much bother! You managed an extraordinary effect here in B&W!I'd say it has more impact that the original colour shot! Anyway, I like the result! Gabriela

Spectacular use of light, Shirley, that resulted into a pictorial shot!I wonder if a painter could render the same movement and rainbow of colours with brushes and oils (?!)I find it extremely pleasant, being the kind of impression that draws me in! Gabriela

I wonder WHY the daisies exercise such charm on people? But that they do, it is without doubt. A strange surreal effect in this shot that works well with the lady's elegant pose! This is that kind of creation that you'd like to frame and put it on the wall...with a title "In the field where the daisies are." Wonderful poem, too! Gabriela
