Darlene,

White is such a difficult color to photograph, although you would never know it by this picture. Another great capture. Love the background and the pose.

Hi Darlene,
Great capture. I like the wings spread out and standing on the edge of the stick. As well the pure white really stands out against the background.
Well done.
Chris

Oh my gosh...that's what I was afraid of. Just remember parachutes were made so that people could jump out of planes which break down in mid flight. Why jump out of a perfectly good plane? (haha)

You know...looking at this image again....it really looks like a statue it's standing there so very still. Really great photo. Cheers - Ann :)

Ann....I was referring to the parachuting, but I'd like to know about the PS too! I think I may be a little old to start jumping out of planes, but you never know! Have a wonderful weekend! Darlene

A beautiful capture Darlene. The little heron is so crisp and sharp. The composition is superb and the background is a wonderful compliment. A gorgeous image. HE looks like he's flying right out of my screen.

Darlene I have to ask you....I read a commnet posted by you on Rashed's parachute image (sorry can't remember the title) and you said you'd like to try that. Were you referring to the parachuting or the photoshop work he did on it? Just wondering.

Cheers - Ann :)
