Thanks for your feedback Ron....The moon was actually that color (no post production work at all). A crop would be a little better I agree. Also, There was a farmer on a tractor that was kicking up dust right in that first little valley that I wanted to get. But, he never became visible for the 10 minutes or so that the moonrise is so dramatic. Dog-gone-it !!

Very nice but I got 2 comments, 1. the moon ?is a little too yellow? IMHO, I would have played with the white balance a touch, just my view.
2. I would have cropped to the left or right to see how the image looks with the moon off-centre.
Otherwise it is a lovely image.

What time was this taken? early I assume in order to get the correct amount of exposure on both the moon and the farm houses. Great shot
