About So I am currently playing with lighting. And I added a little motion with a fan... but not overdone. I think I just love the facial expression in this self-portrait.

The expression does make the shot here. There's a hint of playfulness and sensuality. I also like the softness. Great job, Megan!

Great B+W portrait. I think the touch of softness adds to the sensual mood.

Megan, I agree that this is a nice SP. Not your usual here at UF with a camera held in front of a mirror. Keep playing with those fresh ideas about how you want to shoot and develop your signature style. Luke

Megan...very nice shot! Taking SP's is extremely difficult and I have only tried a couple. Was told I looked like a robot because I was too rigid...you however pulled it off!

This is indeed very hot. It's such a playful and alluring expression. WOW!

This is fabulous!

Double sidelight?
Others here have made
it work too. I'll
have to try it, if I ever
get a chance to photograph
people again.

Try dodging the backgound
to white at the top and
both sides, see what you
think.

I love the expression also...
With the motion I think you need more room around the image though..it seems a little tightly cropped to me..I would have also hit the background with levels correction and took all wrinkles out they are a tad distracting..Great idea though..keep up the great work Megan, this is very creative!
