LOL...victim is right! Thanks for the comment Jim, I appreciate you taking the time to check out my stuff! I don't mind you playing around with this one at all.
At the time this was taken, I did not own Photoshop, and had no idea how to go about removing unwanted "parts". It looks good with your "rework", did you lighten his eye also?...seems to pop a bit more than the original!
I have weeded out some of the really bad images but, left quite a few of the "beginners" just so I can look back and hopefully say, "yes, there has been some improvement since first starting!"
Again, thanks for taking the time to browse and "play"!

This is a great photo. Candids are great and you had a great if not reluctant victim er uh subject.
I took out the string and darkened the corners a bit just to see what it looked like. I'm no expert at photoshop, but I hope you don't mind having some "new" eyes interpret your vision.

thanks for looking Susie...yes to the yellow streaks, no to the thread. i guess i'm still trying to figure out what is distracting and what isn't...maybe i was being over critical, not that that ever happens when looking at your own stuff right :)? thanks for the advice!

Great capture! Do you mean the little yellow streaks? If so I guess I might take them out but I didn't even notice until reading your description. If you mean the little thread, no IMO.
Your focus is really nice and I love the presentation Robin.
