About The building in the background is famous "Golden Temple".. A devotee is coming out of the water-tank after his dip..
According to the Sikh belief, if you take a dip or bath in this water,(its called "Pool of nectar") many of your pysical and mental problems will be solved/cured..(especially leprosy!!)

Some people even drink the water here..
