Thanks for the thoughtful comment, Roger. I agree, canons give superb colour saturation. Although the powershot isn't good for fast movers, like insect macros. I prefer a manual focus from, an old ring on the lens!

"Prenez mois!" indeed? Canons give pretty vivid colour even when they're NOT in vivid mode, but "vivid" was obviously just right for this scene. It's beautiful... I particularly like the placing of the fountains. And the water really does look like water.

The title means: - Nice colours, as in Nice town,(pronounced Neece), capital of the French Riviera!
Sorry that the title is a bit ambiguous. Perhaps I should have given it an alternative title, like, "Azure Hues".
