About	The raindrops on the petals of this little flower looked like tears to me, although why something so beautiful should feel sad, I don't know... I'm fairly happy with the DOF in this case. It's hard to judge, though, as the aperture preview button makes the image too dark to be much use...

Once again I am moved by your reaction, Mary. Thanks fot that, I needed it. My own life has more tears than laughter right now... which is probably why I saw what I did. I can still be "Surprised by Joy," though, like the title of one of my favourite books.
