Afraid I have to go against the grain here, I think I prefer the colour version, as I think the silhouette contrasting with colour is more evocative, more powerful, saying more about the characters by their lack of colour.
Which doesn't take anything away from this version, this still has a very strong powerful emotion to it, and I do agree it is a sharper image than the colour version.
But to each their own, and they're both extremely good images in their own right.

I prefer it in B&W as it is less blurry than the colour version. The desaturation works for this image.
