Thanks Petal for your comment. As for the band across the top...I do not know what it is and can not explain it. I did not add any blur or similar to this image.

I am at a loss...can any one else explain the reason this may have happened?

Beautiful shot!!! Super tones, great (shallow) DOF and composition... well done!!! I've got one little question though: what did you do to the upper part (1/3) of the pic.??? It looks like you've added/put a blurred band over it....
