For the dull looking light, the flag stands out nicely George, well done.

Excellent composition and shing colors, my friend. Thak you, George, for your friendly comment on "I am Yoav!" Yoav (I dont know how to spell it in English), but he is our second eldest grandson, named after King David's chief of staff who was later assassinated for having killed Absalom. They ( our family members) are all aware that their photos will be posted and Yoav posed deliberately for that purpose. Best regards, Rafi

Great eye catching colours and a medieval feel to it from the crenelated cone on the post coupled with the banner. I like it George.

Well seen! I like the colours but more the way you juxtaposed the flag pole over the light pole. Very nice effect! -- Kind regards, Rafael

Beautiful shot and perfect composition. Particularly interesting banner. I love banners more than flags. They are less pretentious, they have not nationalistic intentions and not aspire to reverence. They have more freedom, which has been well captured by your photo. Salvador
