About	Taken in the gloaming, these tulips practically begged to be photographed. The garden, however, was full of already dead flowers--thus the odd angle here. Trying to cut out the dead and give this a feeling of tallness with shallow DOF. What do you think?

Thank you all for your comments...I'm glad you enjoy the photograph. :) I had fun with this one because I sat on the ground holding my camera at the angle I THOUGHT I wanted...while it was pointed and focused on what I HOPED it was focused on, because there was no way I could have actually looked through the viewfinder to make sure. lol I took many similar photos with tulips cut off or out of focus, but this one and a few others turned out nicely. Thank you all for enjoying my photo and taking the time to say so. :)

Erin, very nice perspective, it definately gives an exagerated view of height. Maybe not what you intended, but not only the height of the tulips but of the trees surrounding them. Excellent.

Well thank you Mary. :) I had the title at "Standing Tall and Proud" but the "the proud" didnt sound right so I removed it. I'm glad I did. Thanks for your compliment. :)
