Who knew fungus could look this good! That's what amazes me about photography, something ugly can be made beautiful, it's like it gives it a second chance. Nothing ugly here, it's a wonderful macro, inspirational, as I see all of your work...the colors are vibrant and wonderful and I like the look of the bark on the log as well.....all the best, Linda

Cool shot! When I first saw the thumbnail, I thought it was another floral, and I was surprised to see that is was actually a fungus, not a flower! :) great job in capturing it in such a way that even this fungus looks beautiful as a flower.
