Ha, teachers!!!!! :) :) I guess I can understand why the teacher would say that, in the strictest technique, he/she can invoke the overexposure and lack of balance argument. But it is this so called "mistake" that I think makes the picture so much more interesting. Hey art is about interpretation and personal point of view! I'll come over and have a chat hehehehe! well done! --R.

Excellent composition! I like the repetitive patterns of the chairs. I don't think the glare is a "mistake", I think it fits nicely with the image as it transforms it from a simple B&W still-life to a more dreamy and immaginative picture IMHO. It's almost like there is a veil over the image -- Kind regards, Rafael
