About Still playing with Dan Lightners technique. This time I put half the clementine under the glass and half on top of the glass.

I love the dimensionality of this. What a great idea to put one of the objects on the top of the glass. I love how the focus on the clementine under the glass is so blurred that you can hardly tell what it is.

Lea,
You complimeted my royal parade and offered croping hints which I appreciate and will try. I decided to view your work. You have great display and you have a definate nice style. My favotites were Big Ship, Small Boat,Nature Mosaic, Sonny and especially Clemintine for its composion and color, almost like a Daly.

AJ, the answer to your question is yes...and no! The white comes from the white board I used to reflect light back onto the clementine. I could have used something else, but decided I liked the effect with the white, rather than the sliver color from my shiney reflecter.

Ha ha! Great to see how far you are pushing this! Is the green / white mix in the drops in the peripheral drops intentional?
