Very touching capture, if you think with this severe weather she can not find shelter. Sad image but a lesson for all. Great. Saeed

Yep, saw people like this in Vancouver and Anchorage Jeff. How DO they survive the temps you've told us about. So sad a predicament. Den

Excellent street shot Jim!Yes a very common sight these days! We have about 7-1200 homeless in Atlantic City! They have a rescue mission there that feeds ALL of those that are hungry and they have roll out mattreses to sleep in also.My Wife has gone over to serve lunch and also to babysit for some of the small children while their Moms are in counseling!I have been over and it's wonderful they have this place but so sad it is needed!!!This photo is very enlightning Jim! Nice work! Take care................John

They're in every city now it seems, Jim! I can't believe how they get through winters in our climate. You got a good record of a sad situation. Dave.

Very compelling editorial image! I can appreciate how cold she must be, because I grew up in Duluth Mn! I am in NY now, and I can honestly say, I don't miss the winters! Great shot, Melissa
