...approaching studio for another allnighter... back in 1988... life hasn't changed much since... as far as allnighters, that is; found this digging through my negatives; square crop here
It's difficult to make B&W in the night, expecially with strong lights , black around and even snow on the street. You did it at the best. The scene is very old style, like in a 60s movie, with spies and all the rest...at leat to my eyes! mmmhh...looking better...I see on the tree something very bizzare, like a net or something a radio lines on the air...maybe it's only on my screen...
By the way, thanks to have found time to visit my old works.
After getting your comment to my Night&Cabs picture-which indeed I was expecting from you when I decided to send it to usefilm- I'd send you another thanks reply. Instead of it I decided write something about my favourite image of yours. Although you have got other better rated sucessful images, this one is my favourite. The night, the snow, the empty road doesn't make me feel coldness. The model of the car, the lights of the building and the lamb all give a great mood. The dark and the lighter parts of the image are well balanced. The size and the place of the car is ideal.Great night view that gives happy mood with a big desire to the old days..Mete
