A great picture George. Skilfully captured. I agree with Paul though? be better cloning the grass. But it is a great shot anyway. Beautifully illuminated. Congrats? this is very good. C

One of the best egret shots I have seen, look at the detail in the wings, also against a hard backround to shoot, this is about as good as it gets with any bird and a 7+ from me, If you had ratings....

Three beautiful potos, George, especially the two on the black background. Your "Easy flyer" and your "Lets go" are real works of art and precision and precision is peart of good art. I'll let you in on a little secret. I've started taking P.S. lessons and make the best I can of the two lessons I had so far. So I thank you for your very kind words about my "Photographer's dream", the relult of these two lessons. Next Tuesday I'll have another lesson and I hope to go beyound layers and color manipulations. Best regards, Rafi

Thanks, Paul. You might be right about bit of grass. I'm sure many people will agree. These days, though, I often like the little extraneous elements. Sometimes if I get start with edits, I can't seem to stop. Ah, well. I'm curious as to what other people might think . . . I do appreciate your good observation . . . --george

You've certainly done it justice George, it's a beautiful study of the bird in flight. I think I might have cloned out that piece of grass in front of it though, it does take the eye of a little I find.
