Shot two weeks ago from camp III on an expedition to Aconcagua in Argentina. We were stuck in the tent with a blizzard outside most of the day, but were treated to a beautiful sunset as the weather cleared in the evening. The 20D was flawless in the combination of high altitude and extreme cold.
Hi Chris....great location and opportunity. I really envy the chance to be in a great country for such landscapes. this shot in particular shows alot of character and natural beauty.
Chris, Sorry you were stuck in the tent, but look at the reward. This is an absolutely gorgeous photo. The patterns in the snow, the jagged peak, the windswept clouds, the shadows. This is a stunning photo. Glad to read about the Canon 20D since we're considering the purchase this year. Added to my favs. -- Debby
