We encountered them on Robson, Vancouver Jeff. In some way it was one extreme to the other. Hard to believe. Well captured and titled. A story my father used to relate. In the pub where he drank Sunday lunchtimes there used to visit at times a tramp who insisted he wasn't a tramp. His official title according to him was MILESTONE INSPECTOR. Den

Jeff: you know tha here is the same?? but the person in your pic looks more than a homeless, here the poor people make that looking for things that can sell, they are devoted to the recycle of the garbage. they are humble people but have a home
